These are the terms and conditions which govern the use of Euroshopcalais.com. If you do not agree with these, please do not use our website. Should you use our website, your conduct indicates that you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

Euroshopcalais.com does not guarantee this site from being exempt of computer viruses or any other malicious or impairing computer program.
1/ Opening hours :
Pre-oder service is open
all year round from 6 am to midnight.
2/ Situation :
Euroshop is Eurotunnel's specialist for wines, spirits, beers, confectionery, gourmet and tobacco. It offers a wide range of products, including brand leaders as well as Exclusive Travel Retail goods, and all at very competitive prices, allowing you to save £££ against the UK High Street Prices, as well as Cite Europe.
The pre-order outlet is situated in the French Passenger Terminal Building. This is the pick-up point for all orders, sent either by email, fax or phone.
Exceptionally, if you are travelling with Eurotunnel Flexi Plus, you may ask your order to be brought to this outlet. This has to asked for at the same time as you order, either by email, fax or phone. This service is free of charge.
3/ How to order :
You can order as little as 4 hours in advance. Pre-order on the available screens prior to travel and your order will be confirmed by email.
If your order is required within less than 4 hours, or should you request any information on one of our products, please phone 0033 (0)3 21 42 84 or
0033
(0)3 21 47 71, and we will do our utmost to satisfy your request. These numbers are
accessible 7 days a week from 6 am to midnight, but if we were unable to take your call, please leave a message on the following email address : order@euroshopcalais.com .
At this stage, no pre-payment is necessary, and payment should be made on collection in France.
You can order as much as you like, as there are no more limits to the amount of goods you are entitled to bring back to United Kingdom.
However, you should be able to demonstrate that these goods are for your own use and will not be retailed. See in-store for personal consumption guidelines.
Regarding tobacco, as per French legislation, we are not authorised to sale any tobacco products to customers under 18 of age. We may request proof of age if necessary.
You agree that due to fluctuating stock levels, goods are available whilst stocks last. Therefore, we should not be held responsible if we are unable to supply a product you ordered. To avoid disappointment, you may call in advance and ask for your goods to be reserved.
4/ How to collect and pay :
Pick-up on your return to the Calais-Coquelles Eurotunnel Passenger Terminal prior to re-boarding the train. You may add, or withdraw, items to your order up to the last moment. You are also able to totally cancel any order at any time, at no cost.
Pay by cash or credit card, on presentation of your order number or email receipt. Please note we are equipped with DCC payment terminals, which will allow you to settle your account directly in Sterling Pounds.
Should your credit card be not working properly, for any reason, at the time of payment, you will be asked to produce another mean of payment.
If you choose to pay cash in Sterling Pounds, the exchange rate will be applied from the display at the pre-order counter.
5/ Promotions :
The monthly promotional program runs, unless otherwise specified, from the 1st to the last day of each month.
Therefore, although it will be technically possible to order goods at promotional conditions during one particular month, the pick-up date for these goods should not exceed the last day of the same month. Should the pick-up date belong to the following month, promotional conditions for these items will not apply. Any special offers are available while stocks last, and may be withdrawn without any prior notice.
6/ Prices and descriptions :
Prices are correct at time of entry into system.
Prices are displayed in Euros and in Sterling Pounds. Please note that the only legal currency on our site, or in our outlets, is Euros, and therefore prices in Sterling Pounds are for information only, and are the result of an exchange conversion (exchange rate fluctuates every day, and is displayed in our outlets). We are committed on Euro prices only.
The pages of this website may include technical inaccuracies and / or typographical errors. The updating of the information could be done at any time, and we will not accept any responsibility for discrepancy between the displayed information and the concerned products.
7 Privacy :
To process you order, and to provide you with the best possible service, we may collect information about you such as your name, address, email address, mobile number, etc…None of this information will be sold, or given, to any 3rd party without your prior agreement.
As we may use your email address for our own marketing campaigns, you are given the option to refuse this information to be used for such a purpose. Please tick where appropriate. Please note that your mobile number will be very useful, particularly if we need to warn you of a possible out of stock situation on an item you ordered.
We also may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This includes using a "cookie" which will be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this from happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
8/ Complaints :
Should you need to complain about our level of service, our products, our prices or anything linked with our pre-order service, please email to Patrice Fraioli at the following email address: claims@euroshopcalais.com . Patrice, our pre-order supervisor, will personally deal with your complaint and will endeavour to answer it within 72 hours.
9/ Returns and refunds :
Should you wish to return a product which presents a default, you should notify us by writing immediately once you notice this default, and no later than one month after purchasing.
We will refund you as soon as possible, following our formal agreement to do so.
